Scott Jacobson is an attorney at Jacobson Injury Lawyers. He represents individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, as well as those harmed by dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, defective medical devices, and environmental toxins. Scott helps clients navigate difficult circumstances with compassion, practical advice, and determined advocacy, with the goal of maximizing their financial recovery. Scott previously served as in house counsel for a company that managed motor vehicle insurance claims on behalf of insurance carriers. Scott also practiced corporate and finance law at an Am Law 100 firm, where he represented financial institutions and private equity clients in business transactions. In addition to his personal injury practice, Scott maintains a select business law practice.
Scott earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, graduating summa cum laude, ranked first in his class, receiving seven highest grade awards, serving as a Langdell Scholar, and participating on the South Texas Law Review. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the Jones School of Business at Rice University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity College. Scott is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Texas Pro Bono College.
Outside the office, Scott serves a local nonprofit, enjoys the outdoors and studying history, and spends time with his wife and two children.
